HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt. You must send or return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you communicated your desire to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
STEP 1
To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (So that your order can be processed quickly, please follow thisreturns form link and complete the returns form). STEP 2
After we receive your email with returns form, we will confirm it and we can start organizing return shipment.
STEP 3
There are two options for organizing return:
1.You can do it on your own. If you decide to send the whole package by yourself we will send you a return address:

Return for 1 pair – 30€
Return for 2 pairs – 40€
Return for 3 pairs – 50€
Return for 4 or more pairs – 60€
After payment we will send you shipping documents that you will give to the courier. Return will be done by DHL Worldwide.
STEP 4
Shoes must be packed and shipped in the same shoe box and transport box you have received with Return/Exchange form added to the package.
STEP 5
Once we have received the package, we will confirm receipt.
STEP 6
All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase).
RETURN CONDITIONS
- We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen days following the date on which we received back from you any goods supplied
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached
- Merchandise must be returned in one package
- Return order can be processed quickly, please follow this link and complete the online returns form
- We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped
- Shipping fees will be charged at your own expense
- Customised items cannot be returned
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
- The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than fourteen days following the date on which we received back from you any goods supplied;
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
